Research Interests
My current research interests center upon
interdisciplinary approaches to French literary studies and language. I am
interested in diachronic theatre studies in France, in the DOM-TOM, and in
Québec. Further, I am interested in the relationship that exists between
language and culture as illustrated in contemporary French and Francophone
literature and in American popular culture. I also research race relations
and identity.
